Polyurethane bushings replace stock rubber suspension bushings. They are stiffer than stock rubber parts to improve suspension "tightness" and feel, yet they are soft enough to allow a reasonable ride. Plus they are long lived and unaffected by oil, salt or other corrosives. Sway bar bushings reduce body roll and are easy to install. Some loss of ride quality. The other bushings may require professional assistance for installation.
